”Very easy to book , good value and excellent communication all the way to check in, very comfortable, clean, modern and spacious with everything you could need. Excellent parking, very easy to find and in a nice quiet location with some great scenery and lots to see close by. Hot tubs are a bonus and are a perfect place to relax in the evening.”

”The apartment was very cozy and a nice place to rest after an overnight flight (the comfortable mattress and black-out curtains were appreciated!) Very comfortable washroom and shower. It even had laundry facilities! Parking was easy. Staff at the restaurant below helped with check-in process. We took our morning walk in the nearby Geothermal park which has a geyser. ”Nice questhouse-hostel. Ous room was clean and bathroom quite new. The hot pools in the garden were great! We didn't have breakfast, but were allowed to use the small kitchen in one of the buildings. Only minus was the air ventilation: in the mornings the air was quite bad and heavy but the windows can be opened so it wasn't a big deal. The dogs and cats were funny. There's no restaurants or such nearby, so you are going to need a car.”

”Had a great one night stay at River Apartment. Had some difficulties with tv and could have used some instructions. Apartment was well equipped: coffee machine (with coffee and filters), toaster, even had some basic supplies (pasta etc). Sofa bed was good to sleep.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grimsborgir by Keahotels. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the outdoor hot tubs made the experience even more relaxing. Hot tub water was a bit too hot so be careful with that. Bathrobes and slippers were nice addition. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options, and the peaceful countryside setting was perfect for enjoying Icelandic nature. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived at 9 pm and...

”The instructions were not accurate in getting into the unit and it took pver 15 min to get in. The bedding was dirty and looked used. There was zero heat and was very very cold. The hot tub was not filled and warm and when i asked i was given a rude explanation on it and that thw instructions in the unit would explain. They didnt. They were not able to fix the heat and i had 2 seniors and a child ao we had to bundle up. So not worth the money. ”
