Rantahotellit - Litchfield by the Sea, Pawleys Island

”The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great parking spots and we had access to amenities at Litchfield by the Sea resort. The beach was a short walk or golf cart shuttle ride away. Although we do not have kids the pool area was amazing.”

”Great 4th of July stay for our party of 4. Walking distance to the office check in area and the Starbucks and ice cream shop. We had family staying in a different area, so we rented a golf cart which was convenient for getting around within the gates. The pool is within walking distance and was not crowded. The photos shown are old or not for this unit (in a good way). The unit had an upgraded kitchen, appliances and lots of beachy touches. Morning coffee on the back porch was relaxing....

”Really enjoyed this property! It was the perfect size for our family! We loved how convenient it was to the pool & a short walk to the beach!”

”The condo was perfect for our stay. The place had everything we needed as well as really nice additions. Soft towels, plenty of small appliances, and so much more. Lazy River was outstanding! Thanks for helping to make it a nice vacation.”

”GreatPlace! Only thing missing is a Keurig. ”

”The beach and pool access were great. We had a water heating issue and the on site maintenance team handled the issue same day we reported it, excellent service. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.”

”Absolutely loved this rental and the community it was in. Safe gated community. Very quiet and serene. We enjoyed the multiple decks and two screened in porches. Lovely sunsets and bird watching. Walking path right outside your door. An added bonus is access to miles of biking paths right across route 17. Will come back”

”The condo appeared to be newly renovated and provided ample space for our group of six. The kitchen was well-stocked with essential items, and we had quick access to both the beach and the pool. We particularly enjoyed the spacious back deck. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward. The area surrounding the condo is very quiet and private, which we found enjoyable.”

”Very clean well kept ”

”We had a wonderful stay!”

”Great unit. I was there for an annual event so I’ll be looking for a repeat stay next year.”

”Check in was extremely easy and access to the beach was within walking distance. The lodging was clean, inviting, and stocked with all amenities. Restaurants were close by and shopping was available within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beach while looking for a quiet place to stay.”

”Overall, the property was very nice. the refrigerator is very old and we had issues with the ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The fridge had rust spots on the exterior, the dispenser button is very old and the water would not turn off after you moved your cup. We called the maintenance number and they came over to look at it and were planning to get a replacement refrigerator, but not during our stay. Additionally, the sofa is old and VERY worn out - it really should be replaced. Back...

”My husband, brothers/spouses & I have enjoyed this 2 night stay so much! The accommodations were perfect here & the layout was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, beds & baths were very nice. Overall very enjoyable! We would come back!”

”The location is very good. Easy access to beach and pool. The condo itself in Captains Quarters needs updating, and a better job of cleaning especially in the main bedroom bath. The 2nd condo we rented in Shipyard A was very nice. Good updates, clean, very well maintained.Parking for both is good with an inside assigned spot and open parking outdoors.”

”When we got to the Litchfield by the Sea check in desk (development where Lakeside Villas are) they told us our reservation was not this unit but at Heron Marsh (also on property). When we said that was incorrect, they found another, smaller Lakeside Villas unit my DIL and grandchildren could use. They made it work, but it’s a mystery to me why there was a discrepancy between our rental through VRBO and what they were seeing on their computer. Never solved.”
