”Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! ”

”Host was great. It’s an older home poorly renovated. Beds were super comfortable. Shower hot water took forever to come out. Next door neighbor had a party going on and next day was very dirty. There’s no wall division in the front. Overall OKAY. ”

”Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things....
