FAMILY VERANDA SUITE DETAILS AND AMENITIES

This suite was designed with the WHOLE FAMILY at heart with a little over 1,000 square foot of living space. It is also well suited for elderly guest or anyone that has trouble with stairs as you can access the suite from the driveway/garage/back patio with one step up and there is a master bedroom on the main floor. It comes with affordable nightly stays and discounts on longer visits.
The space
KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen comes with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, seasoning (salt/pepper/oil/etc) along with the appliances you will need for your short or long stay including a dishwasher.

LAUNDRY: There is also a full-size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM: The living area is down the hall from the kitchen along with the dinning area. It is a spacious area with plenty of comfortable seating and one pull out couch. The living room has a large 65" Roku TV and board games for entertainment.

BEDROOMS
*Bedroom 1: Main level - Queen size bed with a 43" Roku TV.
*Bedroom 2: Main level - Bunk bed (Twin size mattress & Full size mattress) with 43" Roku TV.

BATHROOM: Located on main floor a just few steps away from the master bedroom with tub and shower. Bathroom is equipped with hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, condition, and etc.

WIFI: Free Wifi

BACK PATIO: Designated for grilling, sitting back to relax, and smoking area.

PARKING: Drive way and 1 private garage available. Parking spaces will fit 3 cars.

DURING YOUR STAY: We live upstairs with our family and 2 small children. You can hear us periodically, but we are very considerate especially during quiet hours, which are from 11 PM - 8 AM.
