”This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable. ”My family and me, including our little dog, stayed here for my Daughter’s Orientation at URI. The house is very clean and centrally located to the College and the beaches. It’s on a quiet little street, our dog loved it! The house is so clean and cute, we loved all the beachy pictures in the house! Jaye was so sweet and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!”
