”Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. ”I ENJOYED STAYING HERE, BUT WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE RESTAURANT RHUM HOUSE .. I ORDERED A DRINK AND REQUESTED A CERTAIN BOURBON AND THEY GAVE ME THE HOUSE BOURBON INSTEAD I NOTICED WHEN THEY WENT TO CHARGE ME THE MORE EXPENSIVE INSTEAD OF THE HOUSE .. I CONFRONTED THE BARTENDER AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND APOLOGETIC THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING WE ALSO ORDERED A STEAK TO GO AND THE WAITRESS FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE ORDER IT WAS A BAD NIGHT FOR THIS WAITRESS AND THEY REALLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING...

”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

”Had a great time at the resort. Staff were friendly and well informed of things to do around the Keys. The townhouse was excellent. All the comforts of home. The only problem I had was our townhouse wasn’t ready before check in. We had to wait around 40 minutes past 4pm. We arrived a little early. Around 3:10 pm but we were invited to all amenities on the property while we waited. Very relaxing stay.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the family suite. Check-in process was a breeze. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, no off odors, beds were comfortable, plenty of space to move around and specially for the kiddos to play. I really enjoyed the balcony area. Although we had access to a kitchenette (with a full size fridge) I didn’t get to use it, but if I would’ve stayed longer I would have definitely taken advantage of it. A restaurant is accessible by a short walk...

”Yes, it was a wonderful experience. The location was not the best behind a Publix and the staff was terrible and you can’t fish off the boats. There’s no cleaning products and nothing was cleaned during our four days day. Otherwise it was great. ”So, the host and the office was not there/open the entire week we were there. However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. They cleaned every single day beautifully and provided recommendations even if we originally needed some help with Google translate. Love y'all. We will definitely be back.”
