”The views from the porch were breathtaking. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room. The private beach was great and was able to float in the water. We used the kayaks to explore the sandbar. Getting to the house from Queens Hwy was a bit rough but I rented a jeep based on a prior review and had no issues. The house had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.”

”The place was clean, good appliances, a comfortable bed, and not too far off the main road. Shenifer was great to work with and quick with her communication. And she helped me get a rental car. I would stay here again in the future.”

”Steve was a fantastic host. Everyone says reach out in their reviews, and they aren't wrong. From suggestions with pre-planning activities with my 7 month old to the extensive advice after arrival of things to do. We were also welcomed with some cold beer and breakfast supplies after a late arrival from delays. The house was also in a great location (would recommend a rental car, but thats for anywhere on Exuma) close to grocery stores and pretty central on the island. Great breeze that goes...

Check-in was very smooth, the home was easy to find. We enjoyed having the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, safety was never a concern. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach and close to local stores and restaurants. We had hoopers bay beach to ourselves most of the stay, felt like a private beach.
