”Rustic, authentic Adirondack Lake House with plenty of room for the family. Plenty of outdoor equipment including a great dock to fish off of. Indoors was cozy with plenty of warming options on chilly nights and rainy days. Kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. Multiple dining areas including a very nice sun porch. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic lake house experience.”

”Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. This property was very close to where I was digging for Herkimer crystals, so it was perfect. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee as well! Thanks for being a great host Chris!”

”Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!”

”We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable.”

”A perfect army June week in upstate NY on picturesque Canadarago Lake while my 12 year old son played baseball 20 easy minutes away at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The owner, Kimberly, was simply fantastic. Maybe the nicest, most attentive and responsive owner I’ve ever rented from on VRBO. The house was perfect for me. A beautiful view out the back windows of Canadarago Lake. A big back porch (w/a serious grill/outdoor kitchen) and steps down to a deck one lake. Quiet and peaceful. 5 stars...

”I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, spacious, well stocked and quiet...you cant ask for much more. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. Not too far from Cooperstown but far enough that you didnt have to deal with the crowds. If you're coming for All-Stars or Dreams Park, or just to visit the HOF, this would be a great place to stay. And the title of the review is exactly what my son said when we brought him there from the baseball tournament, I guess...

”The place is nice, it reminds me of my grandmother's home. There are modern conveniences, but that’s the vibe. The stairs aren’t terrible, but a bit much. Apartment is on the third floor. There is a chair lift thing, but it only goes to the second floor. There are rails on both sides to hold on to from second to third floor; just on one side from first to second (chair lift).
