”The cottage, garden and surrounds are beautiful! The photos are a true representation, and Rydal is a quiet, peaceful village with very friendly locals. We were able to get all the supplies we needed from Wallerawang, a short 12 minute drive. Our host Carol was lovely, very responsive and helpful! Our dog LOVED the huge garden!”

”Our stay was very nice. The cottage is cosy and homy. But the temperature in the bathroom was really cold. The diversity of the birds in the garden was incredible. Its a nice place for hiking in the blue mountains ”

”A nice cottage in a hilly street. Perhaps too far for a quick walk into main street but a short drive. Very clean and tidy, very comfortable main bed and warm fire place. Good amenities and towels/linen. Supplied nice coffee pods too amd aome tea. We had a great stay. Only down fall to note, which is not hosts fault, is the road has a very big dip at driveway and is hard to navigate in a small vehicle. A SUV can easily do but small cars may hit under neath of car as we did. Just exercise caution...
