Our reservation included a bottle of wine for each of the 4 rooms I reserved, however the front desk argued with me on this gift because I had changed the check in name of the guests. Even though my receipt Expedia gave me had the new name and stated a bottle of wine was included. It was a bit frustrating. Creek was full of black ash so that was very disappointing. ”The addressin is misleading, it leads to a locked gate, which from you cannot enter the resort. At the gate should be directions to check-in, but the box where they should have been was empty. At least there was a phone number, where you had to call to get directions to the check-in point.”
