”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”The property was acceptable but a bit run down. Staff was preoccupied with friends making interaction unnecessarily slow. Most all shower hygiene items were empty and towels were dirty or stained. They corrected all items but having to go ask should be unnecessary. Only thing good at the included breakfast was the coffee and juice!! Everything else was stale.”

”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. Washing dishes was a bit hard in the room and the room lacked good bbq-ing...

”The young lady at the reception desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, she was able to tell us about a couple of restaurants that were in the area for a late lunch. We had tickets for the Verde Valley Railroad and she provided directions to the site. We will definitely stay at the Lux next time we are in the area”

”Large and clean room with electric fireplace. Heated pool was nice and hot tube. Kitchen utilities are good quality.”
