”This trip was planned for our daughter's 21st birthday, so we wanted to make sure it was memorable for her. Mel communicated and responded quickly to me prior to our trip which made everything so much easier. Mel met us at the airport, took us to the store to grab provisions before heading to the villa. He was friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Once we arrived at the villa, we were in paradise, the pictures and description were spot on and didn't disappoint. The view was nothing...

”Woke up after my first night to realize there was blood (not mine!!!) on the bedsheets. Probably the worst thing to have happen. Not only were the sheets not changed but they had someone’s blood on them. The staff tried to be helpful but honestly after that everything kind of bothered me. They had silly rules that kids couldn’t be play pool after 9:30pm. They’re 15 and 11, not little and were accompanied by us. We couldn’t walk along the beach beyond a certain point because of our wrist band...

”Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means...
