”Lost power, had no access to water park, whole reason of booking. No towels, shampoo or soap upon arrival. Room was 90+ degrees on arrival. No air on 110 outside. 1 day without power. Never opened pool. Holiday vacation”

”The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.”

”The hotel itself is great. The surrounding area is a little concerning. Not going to put blame on the hotel BUT there is a LARGE unhoused community behind the hotel. This is a city/government issue: lack of jobs, resources, housing, education, and etc.”

”This hotel allows smoking on the 1st floor which the smell rises. We were on the 2nd floor and were bothered by the smell. The carpet in the hallway smelled musky and looked dirty. The room was fairly clean except some dust behind the lamp on the night stand and crumbs on the headboard behind the mattress. We checked out a day early due to being affected by the smoke smell. We did not complain right away due to being tired from a long drive and being limited funds and not wanting to find a...

”The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.”

”This was our third time staying here, and overall we really enjoy this hotel. The property is very nice, we love the pools and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, this stay was a bit disappointing due to several housekeeping issues. After a day at the beach, the floors were never swept, so we continued to track and feel sand throughout the room for the remainder of our stay. When we went to shower, we also discovered that both the shampoo and body wash dispensers...

”The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more...
