Wonderful stay! A real gem.
This is a wonderful property that exceeds its online profile. While it was just the two of us, this lovely and comfortable house is well equipped, and could easily accommodate two families. The oceanfront on Spry Point is fabulous and the quiet beach is right there at the edge of the property. The location is great for venturing out anywhere on the eastern side of PEI. Spectacular Greenwich National Park, a must see, is only 35 minutes away. Our hosts, Robin and Dave were extremely easy to work with and and promptly answered all of our questions.

Beautiful Beach Home
This is a beautiful beach front home. The house is clean and well stocked. It is a nice location on East Cape. Wonderful view of water from the house and the beach is accessible from the lawn. Our family enjoyed walking the beach and found several sand dollars. I would recommend this property.

Great Family Getaway
The house and property are gorgeous. The beautiful beach is easily accessible at the end of the yard. The house was large enough to accommodate our 3 generations and has everything supplied that anyone could want or need. Two weeks at this amazing cottage was not enough and we will be back.

Restorative Reset
What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! This was our introduction to Canada, and I can definitely say we will be back. The house was immaculate. Perfectly clean and had every necessity you could think of - toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, K-cups, even shampoo / conditioner / body wash in the bathrooms! The house is a little ways off the beaten path, but in this case, it added to the charm. We loved having a secluded beach to ourselves even if the water was too cold to get in. It was the perfect restorative and relaxing getaway. We are also so very thankful for Robin & Dave who helped us get hot water back on when we accidentally turned it off. They called immediately after my email and coached us through turning it back on. I would highly recommend this stay to absolutely anyone. It’s our new happy place!

Beautiful property, awesome sunsets, spacious house with comfortable beds and bathrooms, ocean surf to fall asleep to...what a wonderful accommodation! The only thing that we would have preferred was an unscented laundry and linens. The Tide pods and Bounce were so strong that even when we washed items with our own unscented laundry detergent, the smells remained. Not the fault of the owners as we didn't mention sensitivities to them ahead of time. All in all, a great experience.

Beautiful house, very peaceful and quiet and had almost everything we needed. We did purchase a garlic press and left it there. It was missing folding lawn chairs that were advertised but once reported there were new ones delivered to the door a couple days later.

Amazing views of the ocean
We booked this cottage a year in advance in order to accommodate our large family gathering and boy was it worth it!! This is everything you need and want in a beach house. The open windows getting that fresh ocean breeze is priceless. The countless hours we spent on the beach building sand castles and finding sea glass, clams, crabs, lobsters, jelly fish and more will be unforgettable. Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with us!

Amazing Beachfront……
Beautiful cottage! Well stocked, has everything you may need. Although the cottage is not air conditioned, there is always a breeze blowing. Our family enjoyed spending time on the beach searching for shells and sea glass. Perfect family vacation spot. Hope to visit again!

Stunning views on the east coast
We were very happy with this vacation rental. Every amenity was provided in this modern cottage — beautiful views of ocean sunrises and literally just walk out to a quiet beach. A good launching point to sites on the East Coast. We definitely found the serenity we were looking for!

Nothing short of amazing!
This place was the perfect PEI oceanfront property! We stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids (8, 6, and 3yo). The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and exceptionally stocked- everything you could need was available, from games, toys and activities, storage, an abundance of towels, blankets, and outdoor supplies. Open the windows and doors at night and let the ocean sounds lull you to sleep. Perfectly dreamy. The kitchen had everything and more for your gourmet cooking needs. No detail was missed. The property and view is stunning, and access to the quiet beautiful beach was so easy, even with young kids in tow (my adventuresome kids loved the short climb down to the beach directly in front of the house, while my mother preferred the use of the boardwalk- a 1 min walk to access at sally beach provincial park). When the tide was out, we could walk so far in either direction and found so many treasures along the beach. To note is that this property is quite secluded - going out for groceries and adventures is a minimum 20 min drive.

Excellent Property and Host
This "cottage" is in fact a very modern, fully equipped house, on a scenic waterfront lot. Everything was exactly as described and we didn't find it lacking in any amenities. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and when we did experience an issue with the internet service, they were very helpful in getting us in touch with the provider who was able to quickly restoe our service. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and host. Thanks for making our vacation memorable!

Perfect
Our stay here was simply perfect. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. Outside, it was a joy. We watched seals hanging around at the point, foxes running around in the field, and herons down on the beach. The beach was quiet, and great for a stroll or a swim. There are also plenty of great activities in the area. Some of our favourites were the trails at Greenwich Beach and the trail ride at Brudenell Riding Stables. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is more beautiful than the photos show! It is immaculately decorated, comfortable and the views are so great. Listening to the surf while falling asleep was very relaxing and star watching around the campfire was perfect!

Amazing Beach House
We had a great week at this Beach House, awesome sunsets and views were gorgeous! The house itself is beautiful and had everything you need, just had to bring food and clothing! Enough space for our whole family. We had a total of 6 adults and 3 children and a toddler and baby! Lots of space inside and outside for the children to play, mine enjoyed soccer. The house is beautifully decorated and lots of seats for movie time! A lot of beaches close by and your very own private beach to enjoy several times a day! We would definitely rent again! Idyllic beach house
This beach house was the perfect place for our 5 boys who just wanted to spend the week at the on an uncrowded beach. We could just walk right down multiple times a day. At low tide they played on the exposed sand bars and in the warmer water or.explored the beach for shells, rocks and sea glass at high tide. The house itself was beautiful with lots of room for the boys to spread out. In the evenings we enjoyed roasted marshmellows over the fire pit. We loved watching the sun rise over the water each morning while hearing the gentle rolling waves. We were all sad to leave and would love to come back sometime.

We were so happy that everything met our expectations, our family of four couples and two small children met there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Amazing, clean beach house with everything you could want for a relaxing vacation.
We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The house was exceptionally clean, amazing location, and furnished for relaxing. We had three kiddos all under 10, and they rated this trip as topping Disney. The beach was amazing and never busy with a lot of places to explore, shells to collect, and sea glass to find. The lawn provided ample opportunity to play games, enjoy a fire, or watch sunrise/sunsets. We are definitely going to come back in the future.

Excellent location for a family gathering!
What a wonderful place! We had our family meet us here for a very special vacation to this home that was comfortable, very well decorated and fully prepared for our adventures. We did have many! We enjoyed many meals cooked in the well stocked kitchen much appreciated by the chefs is our family. My grandson and I explored the beach searching for sea glass and finding the many intriguing items coming from the ocean to a 7 year old little boy! Deep sea fishing, visiting Anne with an E and climbing the lighthouse all accessible adventures from this location! Not to mention afternoons on the beach and campfires! This house is amazing!
This house has everything you need and more. It is beautiful inside and out. A short walk to the beach, beautiful sunrises, and everything you need for a great vacation. We are already talking about going back next year.
