”2 of our 5 days no one came by to clean the room. On day 2, we ran out of cups...on day 3 we ran out of towels. Very noisy....kids running up and down wooden walkway late into the night. Ridiculous amount of hidden fees and taxes ...over $100 per night. The parking fee alone was $30 per night, and we self parked the car! Far better values and attention to detail at other similar resorts in the Keyes.”

”We wanted to check out the sea turtle hospital and decided to stay the night. We were able to check into our room and take a less than 5 minute walk over to the hospital for our tour! The grounds are well kept. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, swimming lagoon and had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony room. We will be coming back!”

”This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days.
Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel.”

”Everything appeared as described, the kitchen fully equipped, hot water, A/C fully functional, clean and pet friendly. The only disappointment was the one of the two individual beds was broken and un-usable. Causing discomfort and bickering at night among my two teenage boys sharing single small bed.”
