”Host was quick to answer questions. Lots of beds. Not enough seats for dining with large groups, but you can split into groups using the counter seating and small table in the living room. ”

”Cute loft apartment with all the essentials. Apartment is well kept and hosts were very responsive. The location was great, practically across the street from holiday valley and town was about a 20 minute walk.”

”We loved our stay at this chalet! It had everything we needed, was warm, cozy, and absolutely immaculate. The kids loved the sleeping loft (they called it their man cave). Views of Holimont are beautiful. The host was communicative and responded to my few questions right away. The perfect winter vacation spot!”

”Place was beautiful, great location, and great hosts! This was the most thoughtfully stocked place. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, game room, and even outside had everything you could need. ”

The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back.”

”We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.”

”Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps...
