”My husband and I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the quietness of the rooms. The room was clean and comfortable too. The breakfast area was great and the man working there was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay there again.”

”There are no USB plugs in the rooms - a miss. Your front desk staff was very friendly. Erik in particular - he went above and beyond in trying to find my meds I thought I had left there. Took the mobile to my room, checked the housekeeping carts and then took my contact info in the event they did show up. Very helpful - 10 stars - no notes !”

The only concern was the shower curtain in the accessible room. Floor was very wet - a slip hazard for sure in an accessible room. A better solution needs to be found to make that safer for your guests. ”

”I was visiting in Galesburg and had to book a room on short notice. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite at check in. i chose to walk up the carpeted steps which I noticed were dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. After going to my room, I found that the tub had hairs and was not clean. I immediately went back down to the desk and asked for another room. She had no problem doing so and asked if I had taken a picture so she could say something to the staff. I did so and she...

”Front desk ladies were horrible. No personality, not friendly just don’t care. The pool was out of towels so I asked for some pool towels. They said they were out and the one said “ I have a bath mat you could use for a towel”….. total joke. Rooms are so so. Need repaired and updated. ”
