”Quite simply one of the loveliest, friendliest hotels I've stayed in for a while - helped by being in the most beautiful of cities. Friendly staff, great decor, spaces to read and work and good food. Room was lovely and spacious. ”

”It was amazing. Free cookies and bottled water in lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to and got a great lobster meal as well. Valet parking was so worth it as well”

”Did NOT appreciate paying $40. For parking as the hotel was quite expensive. Everything else was exceptional esp. front desk and valet staff! Would recommend to others😊👍”

”Overall a very nice stay. We arrived 20 minutes before check in and the front desk was incredibly rude and just told us our room wasn’t ready and they’d text us when it was. We went to grab snacks and never heard back. So we stayed out and called back once we were ready after dinner. Once we got checked in everything was great. Very modern rooms. Valet guys were wonderful. ”

”This is a nice little hotel - off of the main streets so it’s quiet. Staff was the friendliest hotel staff I have EVER encountered. super comfortable also. There IS a train, if you don’t like (relatively quiet) trains then don’t get a room on that side. (I love trains)”

”Everything was fantastic as always! We have been staying at this hotel for years now and the experience has been always been perfect! The staff is always friendly and helpful, it’s a really great place to stay! Special shout out to Nathan, he was there every day at breakfast and was super attentive and friendly with everyone he came across, don’t lose that guy he’s a great part of your team!! Side note the pool and waterfall jet tub is super nice to hang out and relax! ”
