”Visiting the area for the NH Highland Games in Lincoln. This motel is about 15 minutes from Exit 32 and only 2 blocks / 500 yards from Rte 93. There are a number of dining choices and a decent brewpub within 1½-2 miles. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained, but dated, with a 1970's look. Bed was comfortable. No television in our room, but we didnt care as we were there to sleep. Wifi works fine if you really need in-room entertainment. ”

”Our stay was not bad. The room was clean. The only thing that probably needs to be fixed are the entrance pot holes since some of them were big & deep which could damage tourist vehicle’s which could lead to an expense any tourist was not expecting during their trip.”

”A cute cabin in the mountains, right by the river! Very nice place, the wifi worked great for both of us working remotely for a day. You can walk down to the river right behind the cabins. The office staff was very friendly and understanding when we were arriving late - he called to let me know he left a key for us. The location is also very good and an easy drive into town (and we always felt very safe). All things considered, for being a little motel mountain cabin we were very impressed...

”Maybe we were not the type of people this motel was meant to serve. We just wanted a nice, comfortable, clean place to sleep. This place was not that for us. It seemed to me to be a place where a bunch of young people rent a room together, ski all day, then just crash. The building was in desperate need of repair and upgrade. It had NO HOT WATER, so we could not shower. And it had ants. It’s a one and done for this place for us!”

”Certainly wasn't the picture I was shown of two double beds. Could only open the door half way to fit the twin in and not what I ordered. They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out...

”The location of the property was amazing with easy access to many restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. The house was large and had more than enough space for our family of 6.
