”We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....

”This home was absolutely perfect! It was super clean and very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need to prepare meals, and there was also a cute little coffee bar. Also, the host was kind and very responsive. The fire pit was the perfect added touch. I highly recommend staying here!”

”The Manson was a wonderful place to stay. I needed a Mother's Day getaway and this was the perfect home and location to have it at. The Manson was newly renovated, spacious, clean, and very accommodating. Having the private beach was a great treat. Husband was able to fish and kayak and also we had a private fire pit to enjoy at night. The host were communicative and we plan to return again.”

”This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas....
