”First of all, Kostas our host was a gem. His English is limited but that’s part of traveling, right? The room was clean and ready on our arrival and the bathroom had clearly been updated very recently. It had all the basics needed. The view from our outdoor terrace was idyllic. Expect stairs in and out of the property—a lot of them. As soon as Kostas saw us struggling with our bags, he jumped in to help and offered to help on our last day back to the port. ”The family running the property was extremely friendly, kind and helpful to me. We communicated using Google Translate as my Greek is poor and their English, the same. My room was small but was very comfortable, with the view from my balcony excellent. If you have rented a car, access is easy. Walking was harder, as the recommended trail to and from Kamares takes about 17 minutes. ”

”Cape Suites is both modern and rustic at the same time with all the amenities a discerning traveller requires. The property and the suites were well maintained, comfortable and very clean.
