”We had an a joining room door with a large gap under the door. Room #421. We put a towel to help with noise. There was a family with children right next to us that was very loud.
Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times.
Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air.”

”I had a terrible experience staying at La Quinta. The room we were given, room 441, was extremely dirty and clearly not properly maintained. When we arrived, there were no clean towels available, and the bathtub was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
The worst part was discovering that the bed and sheets were infested with bugs. This was completely unacceptable and made the room impossible to stay in. Because of the conditions, we had no choice but to leave the hotel...

”Stayed in a room at the front of the property which we were told by a particularly uninterested member of staff at the reception desk was a quiet room.
The hotel us close to a major road and the traffic noise was overpowering.
The bli d fitted to window did nothing to external light. Tried to call reception from the room but the phones appeated to be switched off.
We cancel our second night and moved elsewhere.”

”We were really surprised upon our arrival to the loft that my husband reserved. I usually make the reservations and we stay in a smaller room. However, he said the price was the same for the room as it was for the loft. Everything was exceptional! We were able to walk down to the river and walk around downtown. The room itself was extremely clean and looked brand new. We had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, a balcony that overlooked the river and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms....
