This was almost funny. I began to think “what next”.
Scuffed walls and threadbare carpets in the hall, dirty drips all over the elevator door, drapes were not attached to the rod and the TV didn’t work.
For a working TV I had to move across the hall and then I turned down the sheets and the bottom sheet was covered with stains. I swapped sheets with the room across the hall, but they were only slightly better. I slept in my clothes on the top sheet. The heater stopped working during the night and I couldn’t get any heat out of it so eventually I had to use the comforter.
There is a trucking hub down the street and the hotel is on a corner with a traffic signal so I had to listen to trucks running through their gears most of the night. I’m not a young man and I have never seen so many problems with one room.
I will never use this hotel chain again.
