”This hotel is in a great location to easily access the Caltrain to go anywhere around San Francisco. The staff is excellent and very attentive. The property manager Kristin was especially helpful with a couple of questions that we had. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.”

”I was on wheel chair and had helper plus husband but the wait was too long at 11:30 pm so we took an Uber. Was told it came in 5 minutes after we left. The transfer back was easy from hotel.

”Everything was great except i first found a cockroach in my room by the sliding door to the balcaony. Was hoping is was a one off. Reported it. The next day i killed another one on my shower curtain and that night another one on the floor. I killed three cockroaches. Did not like my experience at all.”

”The property has two elevators. One was down my complete stay and the other was down for 24 hours. So four flights of stairs. The back patio had the same trash laying on the ground for 3 days. The rooms were clean.”
