”Desk staff was very polite and professional in both nights and morning. I had a bathroom sink issue which was resolved as promised. Missing batteries for the TV remote, and a razor I forgot, were both provided on request without issue. Breakfast was as expected (hotel food) but maybe better than average (not too much packaged stuff). Food staff was courteous. Location Livermore is very accessible to surrounding dining, hardware, etc. Recommended.”
