”Brian and the other front desk clerks were great. I do not appreciate Marriott’s practice of charging more for the same room under the same booking ($139 Monday and $169 on Tuesday) due to “supply & demand”. I was not told about this by Hotel.com or Fairfield Inn until time of checkout. I will definitely be checking out other hotels practices before booking a hotel in the future. I would expect Marriott and Hotel.com to be more transparent and I find this practice akin to price gauging-unfair...

”Drury Inn and Suites always offers the most for your money. The large rooms, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, and kickback hour made our stay a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was slow service at the front desk on a couple of occasions. This seems to be a reflection of low staffing, not a lack of effort. Everyone who worked there were consistently kind, just very busy. ”

”Best thing about this hotel is where it is - less than a ten minute walk to Ohio stadium. Also all the staff are very friendly and there is a free coffee machine and free ice cream in the lobby. Oh and the parking is a secure garage. The room is very small, the air conditioning is aggressively blowing on the bed. ”The stay was wonderful as always. The problem was after the stay. I was charged $150 to sweep up popcorn off the kitchenette floor. When I called about it I was transfered to housekeeping supervisor who did not answer nor return my call. I have never had this happen to me before and have used this location many times.
