”Excellent lodge in a quiet area of Livingstone. The room was very clean and cosy with a terrace adjacent to the pool area. All of the staff members were extremely polite and professional, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The dinner menu was extensive for a small lodge and there were several different options for breakfast. ”Gloria's is great. There was a few things that didn't work or took a little to get to be functional, but don't let that overshadow the care and energy that goes into the property, the service, the food and the overall vibe. Gloria is stellar, I had a solid breakfast on my porch in pretty superb weather. It is a little bit of a walk to town but I felt safe and had a great time!”

”This is an older property that was built to be a show pieced with brand name appliances, Samsung and LG, unusual for this part of the world. The property has suffered from a lack of expenditure in upkeep and could be fairly said to be looking a little worn. It also suffers from poor State run infrastructure with the area blacked out every day from 1400-2200. ”This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough.”

”Good value for money. Staff in the reseption was very friendly and helpful organising gamedrives and boat cruises. Breakfast was good with muesli,fruits, eggs and toast. It easily kept you going on 'till lunch time. The wild life was near you.We saw hippos basically every day, as bar, restaurant and pool were overlooking Maramba river. Also two small crocodiles were patrolling the river. Wi-Fi was slow, but sufficient. The menu in the restaurant had some good choices but limited availability....

”The staff were friendly and nice, Bridget especially :) The small breakfast was tasty. Our room had enough space, though it was a bit outdated, you get what you pay for :D Mosquito repellent and mosquito net were provided, though we didn't see any mosquitos on our trip. Bathroom was ok. Our room was cleaned every day. Wi-fi was a bit slow but worked most of the time. There's also a little pool by the main building to cool you off after exploring the area. We can recommend this lodge for budget...
