”The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.”

”I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It was an affordable option, but unfortunately housekeeping did not seem to keep up with the property. The cleaning appeared very basic, and the building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear over time. We stayed for a week and barely saw any other guests during our stay. ”Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. ”**THERE IS A CITY GARBAGE BURNING FACILITY RIGHT UP THE ROAD** This hotel sucks! They have a pool, and that's really it. The location is not really that far from Downtown Madison, but its not really in a good location. It's at the end of a road with no outlet so getting to/from the hotel is a bit of a hassle. The rooms are tiny, king size bed was decent sleep. The WiFi isn't great and the TV is tiny so watching from the bed is not a great experience. There is no workout room, which the...

”Arrived to an empty lobby. Waited thirty minutes. With no reception, guest service response or service. We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria ”

”The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because there was no screen on the window so we could not get any fresh air from the overpowering air freshener that they use in the lobby and the rooms. For people sensitive to smell be aware. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good. Multiple options. They even have a separate family game room.”

”Beautiful pool with extended hours along with the friendly staff and well maintained facilities make this one of my favorite places to stay.”

”Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again.”

”This is the first time I have stayed at one of these properties, as this was a last minute reservation. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was immaculate. Extremely clean room, gym and breakfast area. David was working the breakfast area and was very friendly, helpful and attended to the area, keeping it all tidy. The front desk attendant was also very friendly.”

”I have stayed at this Quality Inn at least two times in the past and every time I leave happy. It is affordable and very clean. I enjoy my stays there.”

”Jose, the night auditor, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. Hair all over the toilet, shower, and floor. The tile work was shoddy at best. Lot of chipped tiles and entrance to the shower was full of that pink slimy mold. We were exhausted from traveling or probably would’ve asked for a new room. The sheets were clean and we just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was great the next day. Lot of options I wasn’t expecting.”
