The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the 50 sqm balcony to the 50 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (30 l, freezer) and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and overlooking the sea. You have access to the 3 sqm balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Location
Ližnjan. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 2.50 m x 4.20 m 1.40 m deep).
