Villa Ancora is a spacious 190 m² holiday home in the peaceful village of Liznjan, offering a pleasant sea view and located just 800 meters from the beach. With space for up to 10 guests, it’s perfect for families and groups, and pets are welcome (additional fee applies). Restaurants and a supermarket are conveniently located only 50 meters from the property.



The villa features 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed—one of them can also be separated into two single beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are on the upper level. There are 3 modern bathrooms, all equipped with showers.



Outside, guests can enjoy a 28 m² private pool with 10 sun loungers and 5 umbrellas, as well as a charming outdoor kitchen with a grill, perfect for relaxing summer evenings.



Villa Ancora is just a short drive from the lively towns of Medulin, known for its sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife, and Pula, famous for its Roman history, charming streets, and iconic amphitheater—ideal for day trips and cultural experiences.
