”Pleasant, airy room with good heating and light. Lovely reception and service from Amelia. Quiet area, with local shops and eateries, and ample parking. Will stay again. ”

”The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small.
The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! I resorted to boiling the kettle so that I could shave. The hot water supplied to the shower was okay.

”We had an accessible room, just there right thing. Very clean, proper wet room shower. Breakfast was really good with good range of hot and cold items.”

”Our accommodation was in a block beside the castle. The window was painted shut, beds were poor, a long walk to toilets and showers and no facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed. I'm ex military and have seen better army barracks.”

”Room was the worst I have ever stayed in , , cobwebs , along with the spiders in corner , bird droppings on window , stains on carpets & chairs , the furniture was worn and scratched , carpet a tripping hazard as all uneven , & not just in the room , the list goes on . I didn’t even use the tea and coffee in the room as the state of the room put me off using the kettle. ”Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. Close to waterfront marina for dinner. Room was great and perfect for one night stay. Only gripe was no aircon and it was a warm stuffy night.”
