”Great location, very friendly and helpful owner (Steve), excellent facilities and very comfortable holiday home ….with 7 days of 20+ temperatures and wall to wall sunshine ! …only very slight negative being that the windows could prob do with a better clean given the great views.
Steve’s recommendation of the Seven Stars at Aberedw about 2 miles away was also excellent…nothing fancy about the food but very tasty, good portions and a really nice environment in a community owned country pub.”

”I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in...

”We had a fabulous stay for my husband's birthday. Ivy's way was cosy and comfortable with everything you needed.
The location is fantastic, what a view! Just a short drive to the town and lots of super walks. We enjoyed seeing the goats and highland cows wandering about from the decking.”

”This was a last minute thing that my family member had booked with her friend but unfortunately there was a family emergency that meant she was unable to go. I jumped at the opportunity as My sister, who has had cancer and in remission, was able to come with me. We obviously knew all the details of the location and accommodation, but when it came to go to bed, up a ladder, we expected a room, but instead there was a thin double mattress on a platform of wood, and there was no way we could stand...

”Exceptionally clean property, beautiful views, very quiet location, lovely cake on arrival from the host. Small but perfectly formed and although the furniture is a little dated, it has everything you could possibly need. Real fire with plenty of wood. Well equipped kitchen and fairly new bathroom.”

”Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.
