”We checked ourselves in and left a couple of hours later (no staff seen). I hadn’t realised I’d booked a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom was on first floor and we were on the second - we only saw one shower and 2 toilets for all the shared rooms. There’s half carpet in the standalone toilet, which is gross. The rooms themselves are fine, a bit rough round the edges. I’m baffled at the positive reviews, it’s very basic and not good value - we chose to drive 2.5 hours home rather than...
