The camper has a propane stove and oven that is perfect for cooking simple meals (No microwave). We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and basic kitchen utensils. Cold fridge and freezer. Compact bathroom with RV size toilet, sink and shower. The mattress is an RV queen; a little smaller than a standard queen.

While we understand the need to stay connected, our camper offers a chance to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of the desert. Wifi is not available, encouraging you to embrace the present moment and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.

Monitor your power usage via the included display. We'll provide portable charging devices for charging small essential electronics.
Water is a precious resource in the desert. Be mindful of your water usage for showering and dishwashing.
Plan accordingly for off-grid living and varying weather.

Expectations and helpful information
*For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the camper. Please dispose of any smoking materials responsibly outdoors and away from flammable vegetation and propane tanks.
*Leave No Trace: We are passionate about preserving the pristine beauty of the desert. We ask that you adhere to a strict "Leave No Trace" policy. Pack out everything you pack in and minimize your impact on the natural environment.
*Water Wisdom: Water is a precious resource in the desert. Be mindful of your water usage for showering and dishwashing.
*Wildlife Awareness: Observe wildlife from a distance and never feed them. Be aware of your surroundings and take precautions against desert creatures. Store food securely to avoid attracting animals.
*Safety First: Check weather forecasts before and during your trip. Be prepared for hot temperatures, especially during summer months, and cold nights during fall/winter seasons. Inform someone of your travel plans.
*Embrace Off-Grid Living: Understand that this is an off-grid experience. Electricity and water are limited. Plan your usage accordingly and bring extra drinking water if needed. Familiarize yourself with the operation of the camper's systems upon arrival.
*Fire Safety: Be aware that campfires are not allowed and are strictly prohibited by the State of CA. Use designated firepit only and ensure it is completely turned off before going to sleep and before leaving.
*Please treat our camper and the surrounding environment with respect. Report any damages or issues promptly.

Check-in method
GPS coordinates and lockbox code will be shared on the day of check-in.

We won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. Please feel free to message us at anytime.

Checkout Instructions:
Gather used towels
Place all used towels in the shower.

Throw trash away
Place all trash in the can located outside. Please remember to put the top back on.

Turn things off
Ensure the propane stove, oven, and firepit are in the off position. Double check that all water faucets are closed. Turn off all lights.

Lock up
Close and lock all windows. Lock the door and return keys to the lockbox.
