”Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area.”

”We had a memorable stay at this historical castle that has been sympathetically renovated. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very stylishly rustic. There is a nice good sized swimming pool with plenty of good quality sun loungers. The surrounding land is pretty and peaceful. There aren't many staff but the hotel operates an honesty type service for drinks (you take drinks from the bar and put your room number to be charged on checkout. The prices...
