You will find a 5-room villa of 180 square meters on two levels with very practical and comfortable furnishings. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, international TV channels, and a fan. It has an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. There is one double bedroom with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. Another double bedroom has one French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The kitchen is equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that there is no heating option available. On the upper floor, you will find an open interconnecting room with one French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. Additionally, there is another double bedroom with one French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC, and a fan.

Amenities Included
The villa offers various amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. These include a patio, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and six deck chairs.
