”Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern...

”Eine sehr schöne rustikale Finca mit tollem Pool direkt an der Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die Neueste, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil es zum Flair des Hauses passt.Wir haben täglich Billard und Kicker auf der Terrasse gespielt. In Llucmajor gibt es alles was man braucht und tolle Restaurants.”

”This property is amazing, 3 huge rooms, each with a large en-suite and aircon, plus 2 further bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is very big with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machines etc and all the appliances you will need. But the best part is the outdoor pool & BBQ area. The pool is fantastic, fresh water and very big. No neighbours around, so peaceful and tranquil away from crowds and noisy towns. The BBQ area is a great place to cook in the evening and watch the sun go down...

”Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, der Pool wurde regemäßig gereinigt und die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Finca nur weiter empfehlen.”

”Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Pool is very big for the size of rental property and spotlessly clean. Property was clean and modern and well equipped. Host was welcoming and there were lovely supplies on arrival - wine, cheese, fruit and water. Lots of tea, milk,.coffee filters provided too. Soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid and toilet paper - unlike most rentals! The area is nice and quiet but close to Campos and Santanyi for supermarkets, restaurants and the coast....

”The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..”

”The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.”
