  • The modern 140 m² bungalow in S’Estanyol de Migjorn, in the south of Mallorca, is situated in a quiet residential area and very close to the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The outdoor area impresses with a private open and covered terrace and a barbecue for home-cooked dinners in the furnished outdoor eating area. Embedded in the terrace, the salt water pool invites you to take swims under the open sky. At the front of the apartment, there is also a smaller terrace, on which you can enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. The closest cafés, bakeries and restaurants are only 250 m (3-minute walk) away and a supermarket is located a 4-minute drive (2.2 km) from the property. Within 10 minutes (850 m), you can walk to the nearest beach, Es Racó de s'Arena, next to the marina of S’Estanyol. The airport of Palma is located 36 km (30-minute drive) northwest of S’Estanyol. 240 m (3 minutes on foot) from the apartment, you will find a bus stop, from which services go to the towns of Campos and Llucmajor.

    - No parties, events, smoking, or illegal substances allowed. Violations will result in immediate cancellation and possible fines.

    - Only registered guests are allowed inside. Before check-in, you’ll receive a link to submit guest information (required by Spanish law).

    - Lost keys: extra charge

    - Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud music or speakers (noise sensors are installed).

    - Please leave the apartment clean and tidy. Extra cleaning (e.g. stains, dirty dishes, linens) will incur a fee.

    - No pets allowed.

    - Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.

    - Help us care for the environment: Keep windows closed when using the A/C and turn off lights and A/C when leaving. Excessive use may result in extra charges

    Outdoor pool: 6 × 3 m, 1.7 m deep.

Génial séjour à refaire

Pros: J’ai apprécié la disponibilité de l’hôte, elle a été gentille et le Check in sans soucis on a pu arriver tranquillement à l’heure qu’on voulaient. Cons: La maison est situé pas loin de la plage mais le quartier était très calme et pas beaucoup de commerce.

Very quiet location

This property had three bedrooms but would have been a bit crowded fir Six people. There are a couple of restaurants and small supermarket but little else. To be fair we stayed the first week in November so it was not surprising that it was so quiet. The property was as described , although the holes in two of the bedroom doors was not a good look..
