"Really bad. There was a cockroach in our apartment hotel room A and in the middle of the night we have to change room to the hotel side. The room was better, but we lost breakfast supplies as there was no fridge in the room. The hotel did not compensate for the loss of breakfast in any way, advised us to go for 12€/person breakfast (4 of us). The room was noisy, the swimming pool was terrible. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the location, easy access to the airport and the beach across the road."

"Respan henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja puutteet pyrittiin korjaamaan heti. Hotellin rajoittamaton brunssi oli kiva lisä, valikoima oli hyvä ja syömässä sai käydä 8-13.30 välillä niin monesti kuin halusi. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen ja allasalue ja yleiset tilat siistit. Huoneen sängyt olivat melko epämukavat, eikä tavallisia peittoja ollut, vaan käytössä oli vain paksut, kuumat viltit, joihin ei ollut pussilakanaa. Suihkukopin alareunassa oli hometta. Siivooja ilmestyi huoneeseen aamuisin, vaikka ovessa oli "ei siivousta" -kyltti, eikä hän osannut kovin hyvin englantia. "
