”Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”

”It might have had a lick of paint since most of the online photos were taken, but it doesn't look as though its been cleaned much since then. Very dusty and dirty in both the rooms and the bathroom. With regards to cleaning, i'd say the bare minimum has been done. You can usually tell from the corners of the room and especially the cupboard, which was quite dirty and could have been in the same condition since any renovations. Musty smell throughout too. I noted some other reviewers noticed...
