”Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return.”

”The location was phenomenal. Right on the beach, walking distance to anything needed, restaurants, convenient stores, beach. Loved the indoor outdoor living. Only thing is because it doesn’t close off and quiet time is 11pm we all would head to bed at that time. So if you like to stay up later and hang out it might not be the optimal choice.”

”We had a marvelous stay at Las Palapas. It is a beautiful property in a spectacular location. There is a small, private beach right next to the property and a safe area for snorkeling right in front of the house. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our whole family of 13, including 5 children. This fabulous place was perfect for all ages. The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment were fabulous to have and so easy to use. There are tennis courts and a pickle ball court...

”I knew there was an ocean view but, I didn’t realize we were so close to it. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves hit the rocks everyday. The house was spacious and two kitchens and 4 patios if you include the pool deck. Josh was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio, and going into Higuera Blanca, Sayulita and Punta Mita to eat. Definitely have a SUV vehicle and listen to the hosts recommendations for ease of staying.”

For a week we were 6 people, but there was only 1 key. We asked for a second key. He said he would make sure that a second key would be delivered either that day or the next blaming the cleaners. Meanwhile he wanted us to hide the key outside somewhere to accommodate us. I told him it was a construction...
