"Hotelli korotti huoneluokkaamme, mikä oli ihana yllätys. Tosi ystävällinen palvelu. Siisti ja moderni hotelli. Hotellista pääsi mukavasti sillan yli vanhaan kaupunkiin ja joen rantaa pitkin kävelylle."

"The hotel was centrally located as well as close to a subway station and other public transport stops. There were restaurants, pubs and stores close by. The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. Overall the room was cozy and stylish. We had an early check out and weren't able to have breakfast on the last morning, so the hotel kindly gave us picnic bags to go. I would happily stay at Ilunion again, and as I fell in love with Bilbao, I hope to do so in the future!"
