”The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the facility is in an excellent location. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It did not appear to be well maintained, with visible dirt and marks on the walls and inadequate lighting. Overall, the room fell short of my expectations and would benefit from better upkeep, cleaning, and some maintenance. With a few improvements, the facility could offer a much better guest experience.”

”The location and free shuttle bus were good. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were great. It's worth trying the French fries in the restaurant. They were on point. On the downside, I have to say that the shower was completely out of soap and both coffee cups were dirty. You can hear in the room, when airplanes are landing and takeoff, but that's part of the deal when it's an airport hotel. :)”

”The hotel is in need of updating. Broken bathroom tiles, etc., make it difficult to clean.”

”Great location. Majority of the staff were attentive and helpful, only one person at reception who operated on autopilot and seemed less interested or personable than others. Amenities were often occupied by non-resident gym members & what seemed to be school swim teams, so not always available for use by hotel guests. Location cannot be beaten for quiet but convenient to local cafes, bars, restaurants, retail and excellent transit options, without the crowds and craziness of downtown Vancouver....

”Erinomainen hotelli ja loistava sijainti”

”Todella kauniit tilat ja huone. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Huone erittäin mukava. Hyvät kylpyhuone/wc-tilat. ”

”Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful location. Easy access to everywhere. ”

”The units has everything you need. Safeway groceries is across the road and location is central to Stanley park, Sunset beach (ferry) and Gastown. A 2km walk in any direction will get you to all these places.”

”Good room, nice bed, great location very near a good beach, some solid restaurants and Stanley Park. The Roku TVs are slow and suck. Gym is barebones but you can get on the treadmill and has a few weights. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay, with a comfortable spacious room. I’d return.”
