”A few things that need improvement:
I believe that the restaurant opens too late for ppl who are trying to get to tours & an early start. Also, many hotels offer free fresh coffee in the lobby. I think you should consider this. Also, the coffee in the room was really bitter.

”The staff were absolutely lovely, very warm and welcoming. The little welcome chocolates were delicious and lots of little details went into our stay that made it beyond expectations. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for exceptional service at a very elegant hotel. We were in the suite and it was spacious and meticulously clean. ”

The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough.
