A super quiet neighborhood but easy walk to the downtown area and restaurants/groceries. Mo was so good about helping us with plans and any questions we had. It was a convenient launch to all the sites. I would stay here again for sure!”

”An excellent, comfortable and stylish stay in the peaceful highlands a short distance from Fort Augustus. Well located for exploring the area around Loch Ness and the Eastern side of the North Coast 500, we also took a day trip to the Isle of Skye which was easy enough. Thoroughly impressed by the facilities in the cottage, very tastefully decorated and with everything you might need whilst away. The tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. Couldn’t recommend Faebuie Cottages highly ...

”We stayed for one week in this beautiful log house, which had all of the amenities that one would need. Both inside and outside very well equipped. Sian was excellent in answering my queries before we arrived. Sue the housekeeper, responded in no time when I texted her to ask where I would find an extra tea towel and bin liner. She came a short time after to get them from the locked housekeeper's cupboard-thank you Sue!”

”Great property with everything we needed! Getting in was easy and the parking convenient. We were very comfortable here and walked to downtown during our stay. Inverness is beautiful and Scottish people are some of the nicest I’ve ever met in my travels which made our visit even better.”

”Ich und mein Mann waren mit unseren beiden Hunden 3 Wochen hier. Das Haus ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eigentlich alles was man braucht. Meinem Mann fehlte nur eine Kaffeemaschine :) Man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Aktivitäten). Der Nationalpark ist wunderschön und man hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Das war unser Hauptgrund für den Urlaub. Aber auch nach Glasgow oder Edinburgh war es nicht zu weit für einen Tagesausflug....

”I brought 21 women to Polmaily House. We came to hike in the area. The house was just perfect! The pool, media room, sitting and gathering areas, kitchen, all perfect! Chris was so gracious and accommodating. He recommended Aggie from Heavy Metal Munchies to cater during our time there. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit and have our meals together. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a home base in the highlands of Scotland.”

”We loved our stay at Mor Carraig! Wonderful period house with bags of character. The view of Loch Ness from the sun room is unmatched. Very prompt and friendly responses from the manager when we needed him. Would definitely stay again.”
