”Not worth of the money, not at all! It might look nice in the pictures and from outside, but is is horrible inside. The smell in corridors is very damp and bad and how the rooms are renovated, it must be rotten inside the walls. The room was clean (that is the only thing done right), but the smell of damp is in the towels too. I´ve never been a hotel that had so worn out sheets (it has holes in it..) All the sounds from the other rooms and corridor comes straight through the walls and...

”Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Arrived around 8pm & left again around 7am the following morning. Didn’t stay for breakfast. All the staff I encountered were very friendly & helpful. Room was spotless & more than adequate for my stay. Lots of tea bags & milk so big plus for me. ”

”We can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were two of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. That’s a first for us! ”

”Spectacular stay. The castle is such a unique experience as a hotel and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the service was five star. The only negative was a giant beehive outside our room which prevented us from opening the window. A couple bees also made it inside our room but we were able to “guide” them back out with a small towel. Fortunately neither of us are allergic but my wife was not happy. However this didn’t ruin our stay and we would absolutely return and recommend...
