”Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa.”

”The woman who helped us check in was very friendly and gave us a paper listing all of the local areas surrounding us. The room is great, especially for the price we paid. ”

”Breakfast hot items were not hot, e.g., pancakes, eggs. Desk chair in one room needed replaced. Selection of TV channels available did not meet expectations for a basic update on current Canadian news channels.”
