”The staff at the Crinan was extremely helpful. Our flight delays had us getting there well after midnight and staff was ready to get us checked in and settled as soon as we arrived. I wish that we had more time to spend exploring the local area. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the coffee shop is an added bonus. Our room was perfect and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Definitely reccommend staying at the hotel!”

”The owners of this hotel are lovely people and I very much enjoyed my short stay. It was quiet, there was sheep outside which was fun to watch and the hotel offered hot food and drinks. I would love to stay here again!”

”Stayed for couple of nights in rm 19 which was modernised and had a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom which made my day.
Bed was comfy, room was clean, large tv for whoever is interested in this, kettle, plenty coffee and tea.
Roo. Was quiet, location just across from the ferry, the building itself was stunning.
Electric heaters in the room and you can adjust the temperature and a fan for cooling down.
I haven't used the bar or restaurant. I have asked if they served meals and been told 'is...

”We loved our two nights stay at Melfort House. It was peaceful idyll that restored us somewhat as we were nearing the end of our road trip through Scotland. Matthew is a wonderful host, and we felt welcome in his home. The breakfast offerings were top notch, and our room and bed were so comfortable.
