”We had a wonderful time in Cottage 39. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a little bit of space for our family of 4. This was the perfect spot. We didn't get to spend a lot of time on property because of wedding activities, but we did take advantage of the free mini golf as well as the outdoor and indoor pools at the lodge. The kitchen was great for making breakfasts to start our busy days. We would definitely stay here again.”

”The front desk staff was beyond amazing. I did not catch the names but I believe the lady was the general manager. I had my granddaughter with me and she came from behind and was singing nursery rhymes with her. The guy behind the desk joined in once they started doing baby shark. This was the best check-in I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The hotel rooms were spotless, spacious, and very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. ”

”This property is a ways from the main roads, but it is a very quaint and relaxing place. If you want to learn about history and enjoy nature this is the place to come. It’s not a Hilton, so don’t expect that kind of amenities. The host/receptionist, Dan, is super helpful and knowledgeable. ”

”Our stay at the Shenandoah Crossing was wonderful! The setting was beautiful and the cabin was awesome! Very clean and modern with the rustic feel. All staff at the lodge were helpful and very nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We’re already talking about making this a yearly trip! Thank you! The only thing I could suggest is to please list the incidental fee amount on the confirmation information. Other than that our trip was much more than we anticipated!!”

”Everything was great with the exception of the check in process. Since this property is a timeshare, the owner is to book the rsvp under the travelers name. Checking in was a nightmare & the staff made it worse they urged me to leave because I was “scammed” after my family & I drove for hours to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday. I will say, when I contacted the host they were pretty quick to fix things and I was able to check in fine. The property is beautiful. Everything was great otherwise.”

”The B unit is enormous with huge rooms and plenty of space. The bedrooms don't have closets and the bathrooms are very small compared to the overall space. Neither bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The grounds are pleasant with several outdoor seating areas and huge decks. Other guests were easily overheard. Easy access for people with mobility challenges. Plenty of parking.”

”very nice and clean place. i would surely come back for another stay. our gps took us to a spot but no signs of the residence. we saw a road off to the left and decided to take it. it took us to the residence. would be helpful if there were a sign for the residence pointing in that direction. also, be sure to pull the door to you as you attempt to lock the door.”
