”Staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the indoor pool a lot! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great!”

”Room was fine minus the ac barely working & there being no toilet paper at first. The bigger issue is how thin the walls are. We could hear every conversation, there was a ton of yelling from 3am-10am, and a lot of banging noises. We have stayed here before & had no issues but this time was a different experience.”

”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”The breakfast was amazing! Would be happy to get that caliber of breakfast served as some diners. Beds were okay. Pet friendly for my two dogs. My largest complaint was the AC it took most of the night to get cold.”

”When we checked in the young man at the desk was very nice. Unfortunately when we used the elevator, a power outage caused us to be stuck in the elevator about 10minutes. He was very concerned and was about to call the Fire Department. Overall the facility was very nice. But a few things that need to be addressed. The stopper in the tub did not work (stay up) so water did not drain. The sink was clogged/slow draining and the toilet bowl seat was loose.”

”I am so picky! We chose a king suite and it was clean and comfortable. We were able to relax. Will stay again”
