”Great space so close to campus! Very clean. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook most of our meals there. The host, David, was excellent at communicating. We plan to stay there again when we come back next year.I had lots of questions ahead of time and David answered them all so I was prepared for our trip. We were very busy when we were there so it was nice not to have to figure things out once we got there.”

”This is a well-presented house and the location is great. I was able to walk into Mathews for food and coffee. The host was very responsive to last-minute needs. The place was clean and well-equipped, except missing a spatula for the frying pan, which the host had sent several over right away. This is a somewhat quirky house, as many of these are, with ample closets in one room but not in the master bedroom, but we enjoyed cooking and dining with family. I recommend this place. ”

”The house is exactly as described and more! I couldn’t believe how many “water toys” came with the house. The mattresses/bedding in every room were very comfortable. We had friends staying on the main part of the lake and the water was really crazy with the holiday weekend at their rental so it was so nice to retreat back to calm waters in the cove! Plenty of space to dock our boat as well. We will definitely rent this house again! ”

”The check in was very simple. The downstairs living space was comfortable, clean and had all the views. Location at the end of the cove was very quite, but the catfish didn't venture down to the end. Dock worked great and allowed good access for many hours floating in the water. Friends were able to bring their boat down and visit. We didnt expect the temperatures to be as hot as they were, we had a pop-up canopy that fit on the dock great. Very quiet and peaceful get-a-way.”
